I am looking backup solution for Windows 7 and XP based old physicals machine. Where I can backup the system and as well recover the backup. If required I can backup full system image restore the image also if need I can take file and folder backup too. 

Please suggest the right solution for Windows 7 and XP based physical system.

Hello,

raise this question on some Windows desktop forum. Even if NetBackup supports backups of Windows desktop OS, its main focus is on server/cloud/enterprise systems. There are backup softwares which are more flexible and more user friendly for desktop backups.

In addition to @Michal_Mikulik1 post I would like to emphasize that these two are EOL on Microsoft end (8 and 2 years). Try to convey the responsible people in your company to move to supported OS platform.
