INF - Error Creating ODBC data source name

Windows 2008 R2.  NetBackup 7.1.  Suddenly receiving the following error running DIFF or FULL jobs.  Status 2 in NBU.

Here is a relevant technote. Enable dbclient debug log on rhe client, reproduce the issue, and look int dbclient debug log.
