There is a feedback for Symantec

There should be a illustrated JPEG(if possible there should be a animation) of NBU in which JPEG/animation shows the working of services of NBU like bpcd, bpbrm etc how they works ... it makes easy to understand NBU working for new people more efficiently (it may help experienced guys as well :) ).

Animated process flow diagram is a GREAT idea.
In the meantime, I find the process flow diagram quite helpful:

It's for NBU 6.0. Still the same for 6.5, except for nbgenjob that was dropped in 6.5.
