Incremental Backups fail for Vmware backup

Hi Team,

Incremental backups for a vmware client fails with 13 error or 52 error, but the same client when backed up with full backup gets successfull.

Size of the backup is around 4tb on the client.

Please give us more info:

NBU version and patch level.

How is backup done? Over the network to AIX master/media server or to Windows media server that is configured as backup host?

Please copy all text in Details tab for a status 13 and a status 52 error and post here.

Have you enabled any logs on the media server doing these backups?
bpbrm and bptm will be needed to troubleshoot the 2 errors.
Information in Job Details will tell if we need more logs.
