Informix onbar fails with errors (156)(6)

Hello team

I am trying to backup Informix with NetBackup but got errors (156)(6).

I have configured NBU remote agent and ran the script to link NBU Agent with Informix instance, ran a File System backup (policy type=Standard) to RHEL Host that contains the Informix instance with success.

Then I have created an Informix-On-BAR policy and pointed to RHEL and script per Informix guide, also created a Standard policy to backup $INFORMIXDIR/etc files.

From Informix-On-BAR NBU policy got errors:

08/01/2019 04:41:40 - Info bphdb (pid=10612) Waiting for the child status
08/01/2019 04:41:42 - Error bpbrm (pid=65452) from client 10.47.2.94: ERR - Script exited with status = 156 <snapshot error encountered>
08/01/2019 04:41:42 - Error bpbrm (pid=65452) from client 10.47.2.94: ERR - bphdb exit status = 6: the backup failed to back up the requested files
08/01/2019 04:41:42 - Info bphdb (pid=10612) done. status: 6: the backup failed to back up the requested files
08/01/2019 04:41:42 - end writing
the backup failed to back up the requested files  (6)

It seems that everything is configured correctly from NetBackup side, the job starts, it calls the informix script, the script calls onbar utility and then it fails.

From Informix logs (/tmp/bar_act.log) I have found that on-bar utility is unable to do a backup of the Informix:

2019-01-08 04:31:37 10581  10579 /Informix/bin/onbar_d -b -L 0 rootdbs
2019-01-08 04:31:37 10581  10579 (-43336) Logical Logs cannot be backed-up because the database server is dismissing the logical logs.
2019-01-08 04:31:37 10581  10579 (-43338) Non whole-system backups are not allowed if the database server is
dismissing logical logs.
2019-01-08 04:31:37 10581  10579 /Informix/bin/onbar_d complete, returning 156 (0x9c)

I think that I need to configure Informix in some Mode that accept backup of its logical logs (transaction logs).

Any help?

Thanks in advance,
