we are facing the issue 2 or 3 times in a month EMM is down becasue of Intall Path :\VERITAS\NetBackup\logs\admin\ folder is occupying more space
which is causing the EMM down and we have not enabled any logging on Master server but i dont know why is it creating big logs on admin directory
can anybody help me on this ?

A few options:
1.Delete the admin folder (whilst NetBackup is down)
2. More preferable - move the logs directory:http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH45907
3. Control your log settings (Master Server Host Properties - Cleanup tab and also using vxlogcfg)

In addition to Mark's excellent suggestions - check logging level in Host Properties.
Level 0 is perfectly fine for day-to-day troubleshooting.
