Is NetBackup 6.0 or NetBackup 6.5 Address Windowing Extension (AWE) Compliant,
so that it can take advantage of the memory space above 4 gigs???

If you are talking about Windows. I would recommend using the x64 version of Netbackup (with x64 based Windows) Then it can scale above 4GB.
