Is the "Streaming Backup” REG key required with NBU 7 ?

Is the “Enable Remote Streaming Backup” registry key described in Technote 73112 still required for Exchange 2007 CCR passive node backup with NetBackup 7 ?  The Technote specifies NetBackup 6.5.

I am using the Netbackup 7.1.0.4 and Exchange 2007 CCR passive node backup.

and i have not enabled this regisotry Key... 

also able to perfrom backup and restores successfully.. so I would say not required...

Thank you, Nagalla for confirming CCR passive node backups were successful without the "Enable Remote Streaming Backup" registry key. 

In Technet it looks like it is required with all Exchange 2007 versions after SP1, it may be required with Windows 2003 and obsolete with Windows 2008.
