Is there a way to assign a storage unit to a different disk pool

I realized after a significant amount of time had passed that I had assigned a storage unit to the wrong disk pool. When I attempt to change it all of the entries in the properties dialogue box are greyed out.

In most cases a disk pool and a storage unit typically have a one-to-one relationship, so you should just be able to delete the problem storage unit, and then create a new storage unit to point at the required disk pool.

I guess I must be missing something.  Maybe you might need to provide more detail, and maybe tell us disk pool type, and how that disk pool is formed, please?

Agree with SDO, make a screen dump of the STU, and explain what setting you want to change.

Greyed out field usually mean you can't change them.
