Issue in configuring multiple copies

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure multiple copies for a policy,

Everything is going fine but when i click the final OK button in the policy window  it throws the below error

Do we need to check any daemon running in Master server?

could any one give suggestion to resolve the above issue..

Java Gui?  Make sure the Java console is running same version as Master Server.

What version of NBU?

I see you have multiple copies enabled - what's in the copy tab?

Do you have the java logs (specifically the jbp log?)

A "Null reference typically means that Java received a value that it can't interpret.  Most of the time the jbp log  will be helpful in determining what item is not readable by the GUI.

you can try to use remote admin console or local java console.
