I'm running 7.7.1 on RHEL 6 Linux, 1 master/3 media servers.
We are trying to set up a new Sharepoint granular backup policy. The backup starts, and connects; but when it gets to the point of NFS mounting for granular backup:
Please ask away. I know I'm going to be sent to the user guide; but we have been trying to follow it, and set up NFS on the Sharepoint servers, and it doesn't seem to be working...
Thanks in advance.

Not the manual - just a TN... http://www.veritas.com/docs/000068164
You forgot to tell us anything about about Sharepoint environment - version, OS, etc...
Have you checked and confirmed compatibility as a start?

A snippet of the failure from the bpbkar log would tell us what step failed in mounting the image for GRT. Look for the "from client" job detail messages you have highlighted in red, then look upstream. There's almost exactly 60 seconds involved. Did the NFS mount attempt simply time out?
From the bpbkar log, you can proceed to the nbfsd log on the media server to see what happens during the 60 seconds.

The nbfsd log on the client and media server might contain clues to what problem is.
Have you opened in the firewall for 7394 & 111 inbound on both media servers and clients ?
http://www.veritas.com/docs/000005319 describes how to test the NFS connection.
Had an issue where nfs redirect was running so that the nfs client didn't start on the client, found the solution here:
