Environment : WIndows 2008 R2 64 bit
NB: Netbackup 7.5.0.5
Issue : We have a unix client on that a mount point is backing up regularily. And that point is accessed by the users frequently by uploading and dowloading the datas.. In this case when we start the backup it captures the data, in case of any failures ( gone to incomplete state) such as 96,41,24 we analyse it and when we start the backup it resumes and hangs for a long while.
Mount point comprises of 1.5 TB in the mid of 600 or 700 GB it fails (incomplete) when we reusme it doesnt runs hangs at the position.
Data in the mount point is created and deleted frequently and in the server itself it takes time to browse for the particular point is there any conf entry we can try to overcome the issue. whenever we resume it.

Hopefully you have disabled WOFB for this client? Seems there is no point trying to create snapshots and backup open files.
You will need logs to find out what is happening on client and media server.
Client:bpbkar
Media server: bptm and bpbrm
