All your drives are in AVR (standalone) mode.
Probably because you left robtest running?
Seems you have manually loaded the tape into the drive with robtest?
Density of media is HCART.
Drive 2 (where the tape is loaded) is hcart2 and is DOWN.
NBU will NEVER load hcart tape into hcart2 drive. It does not matter that the hardware is compatible - in NBU densities MUST match.
It won't use it either if you manually load the tape. NBU has probably DOWN'ed the drive because it found the tape in 'incorrect' drive.
The only way that you will get this to work is to config one drive as hcart. Seems you already have one (drive 5).
Unload the tape, put it back in it's home slot, quit robtest and allow NBU to mount the tape.

Did you run these commands on master server?
If so, please run commands again on the media server which are to read data from this tape, and post it.

I had Symantec support engineer with me for hours, I sent him logs he requested from Master and Media servers. It's been a week I'm waiting for his response.
