License required at Disater recovery Site

HI,

we are planning to implement DR site to restore the data incase of disaster.

Primary site we have 1 master and media server, rototic tape library with one exchange agent, one orcle agent, one unix agent and 20 windows agent licenses.

My question is, Do we required all agent otion to restore the DATA to DR server?

Will you please help me to finalise the nos of license?

I'm sure that the answer to this question is somewhere in the legal mumbo jumbo called the license agreement. That is where you will find the legal answer. I don't know the specifics. I just click on "accept" :)

Technically, the license is portable and you could in theory use the exact same license key for a DR as long as you are using the same hardware platforms.

Even i am also thinking in the same way. As i am not using the license for protecting the DR server, just using for the DR purpose and thus it want lead to any issues.
