/Is there a difference for Licensing for Backup Exec and Netbackup regarding VMWARE and HYPERV?
Example below:
Backup Exec:
1 Hyper V Host
10 Guest OS (2 of the 10 Guest are MS SQL 2008 Server)
My Question is what is the needed license for this?
1 Agent for VMWARE and HYPER-V and 2 Apps and DB?
Netbackup
1 Hyper V Host
10 Guest OS (3 of the 10 Guest are MS SQL 2008 Server)
My Question is what is the needed license for this?
1 Agent for VMWARE and HYPER-V and 3 Apps and DB?

For BE, 1 Agent for VMware & Hyper V will cover all the VM's per host and 1 App & DB license is required per application.
So in your case you need 1 Agent for VMware & Hyper V and 2 App & DB license for 2 SQL servers.
For more info refer to BE licensing guide.
