Hi
I have the same problem as over here:

on netbackup 7.5.
Could you tell me how to find, Host Properties -> Master -> Global Attributes,
I am unable to find it very new to this

Can you please confirm that you are also seeing NBU_CLIENT.MAXJOBS in Job Details?
If not, please copy text in Job Details and post here.

You can locate Host Properties in NetBackup Admin Console. Expand NetBackup Management.
Select Host Properties. Select Master server on the right. Double-click on master server hostname to open the Properties. Click on Global Attributes.
You will see Max Jobs Per Client as one of the options.

You can also read up in Section 2, Chapter 3 of NetBackup Administrator's Guide, Volume I   about Host Properties.

On page 60, under About the NetBackup Host Properties heading, you can find a screenshot of where to find Host Properties in NBU Admin Console. 
Global Attributes starts on page 152.
