Hi Guys,
I want to setup Live Update for Netbackup so I can update all the clients easily. I want to use a file share on a seperate windows 2k8 server.
Most of the clients are Windows running Netbackup 7.0 and 7.0.1
I'm looking through the 7.1 Live Update Documenation and it mentions the Live Update files for 7.1 are located on the DVD. I have downloaded the image for Windows but can't seem to locate the Live Update package/s, any idea where they are?
Is it even possible to use Live Update to go from v7.0 and v7.0.1 to v7.1? If not, what method do you use for upgrading over 100 clients?
Once I have the install files, do I just place them all into the share or do I create seperate folders for x86 and x64?
Any other tips about configuring it would be appreciated.
Thanks
Dan

Try here: https://sort.symantec.com/checklist/install
Check under Symantec patches section. You can find the software there. If you have clients with different processor architectures, you have to run the report again.

Thanks for the suggestion Kiran, but unfortunately the only LiveUpdate download I can find there is for 7.1.0.1 which I already have.
