Rakesh,

According to your tar log is the file system read only. I assume that you are trying to restore to /root/Desktop/Restore, try to run "chmod" on the folder and make sure that the lotus notes can write to it and test the restore again.

If that does not help, try to increase the verbose level, add VERBOSE = 5 in the /usr/openv/netbackup/bp.conf and recreate the problem and check out the tar log for errors.
