Upgrade is failing with the below error

What  version of Linux are you running ?

Can you Plese do a uname -a

libpq.so.5 is part of postgres SQL and it seems redland is using using that library.

libpq.so.5()(64bit) is needed by (installed) redland-1.0.7-11.el6.x86_64

Upgrade was completed by reinstaion the postgre packages
