Master server flooded with event 1023 in application log

Hello

Have a new-installed Win2003 Master Server with Netbackup 6.5.3 running. Everything working good, but the windows application log is flooded with Error:

Event ID: 1023
Category: None

Source: Perflib

Description:

Windows cannot load extensible counter DLL TapePerf, the first DWORD in data section is the Windows error code.

Run Solaris as our Master so have not encountered this.

However, there has been an earlier posting which may be of use to you:

TapePerf (tapeperf.dll tapeperfa.dll in .../netbackup/bin)

Have seen that post and have done a check of registry. Changed \\ to \ as described in the thread you linked to. Still problem...

Looks like a bug:
