Media Mounting Issues - NBU 7.1 with mhVTL

Config:
All Windows OS.
S002 - Master
S003 - Media Server - with locally installed mhVTL Robot & 2 hcart Drives.
S004 - Media Server - with S003 mhVTL Robot & 2 hcart Drives.
 
Issue:
NetBackup keeps on trying to mount the Media in drives for S004, but fails and Downs the drives.
 
Event log:
TLD(0) [3088] timed out after waiting 845 seconds for ready, drive 3.
Operator/EMM server has DOWN'ed drive IBM.ULT3580-TD4.002 (device 0)
 
Diagnostics:
Robtest on S003 alreasy shows that Media is in the Drive.

Please note Drive 3 & 4 both have problem.

Remove tapes from drives using robtest

Run Inventory from NBU

See if that works.

If not, I'd be tempted to remove all devices, power cycle everything, reconfigure, run inventory and see if that resolves
