More info, please. Is this a new Appliance in the environment and you are trying to run a test backup?

Has it ever worked before? 
What have you checked to ensure that the Appliance is configured, that the master server can see it and that the storage server, disk pool, etc are are available and online?

Have a look at this error:

Storage Server Error: (Storage server: PureDisk:netbackup-prod.asiaunited.com) _getURL_Worker: Failed to complete CURL webservice: Connection timed out after 20000 milliseconds (connection timed out). Ensure storage server services are running and operational. V-454-93

Seems the master server cannot communicate with Appliance media server.

Does this error occur on any backup or on a specific one? Could you give more details about the error and send details of the policy?
