Media Server not showing in Storage List while assigning to Policy.

Hello Experts ,

I have installed Media Server for getting back up over fiber channel in one of the Client but it is not showing in Storage List while assigning to Policy.

Have you added devices and Storage Unit for this media server?

Only Storage Units will show in Storage list - not media server name.

it a san media server ....and backups are happening on san storage..

You still need to add devices and storage unit  - same as for any onther media server.

The only difference is that the STU must have 'On Demand Only' attribute selected.
