Stop the media server - correct the time - start Netbackup again.
Also consider to syncronise the time with a time server - there are many free time servers on the internet. See :

If the master server has the correct time and a media server does not. for the time change. Maybe the backups fail ?.
For example:
If the media server at 1:00 pm executes a backup it gives the order to the media server it will begin to copy but if there is a time change. The media server has a different time the next backup can fail ?.
While the master server has the correct time is it the same as a media server has the different time?

Both master and media server should have the same time - as the master server is responsible to scheduling backup , the media server wont't do the same jobs twice because of time difference.
Netbackup store its time in EPOCH format, that the number of seconds since 1/1-1970. So even if there are daylight changes netbackup won't get confused.
If you are talking about time zone references (e.g master server in UTC time and media server running CET), that is also supported.
