Hello Experts,
We are unable to install netbackup media server below is the error.
We are installing NBU Media server on Solaris LDOM.
Processing package instance <SYMCnetbp> from </var/tmp/NetBackup_7.6.0.1/solaris/anb/SYMCnetbp.pkg>
NetBackup and Media Manager(sparc) 7.6.0.1

directory named openv.

Your /usr/openv link must be to a physical
directory named openv.
Have you gone through the TN that describes NBU media server install in Solaris virtual environment?

Thanks for all your support.
Symantec TSE did the troubleshooting and it worked.
Followed TECH65627 and manually created /opt/openv

run
ls -l /usr/openv
then run ls -ld on the pointer location
