MediaServer unable to add credentials to write on HP StoreOnce

does media server able ping and telnet to the required ports.?

have you installed the plug-in in media server?

Can you please share each step that you have followed up to getting the error message?

Is this a new install or update of credentials on a existing StoreOnce ?
