I'm planning to migrate from Symantec NBU 7.5.0.6 (Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard) to Symantec NBU 7.6+ (Windows Server 2012). Also I'm plannning to migrate from other machine (more memory and powerful processor). Please provide me tips, suggestions, comments about this. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Hello,
As 2012 is not supported on 7.5.0.x you have to upgrade your existing 2008 7.5.0.x first. Then perform a hardware migration to 2012.

Those 2 URLs in Riaan's post would be my exact recommendation.
Be sure to look at EACH URL listed in the 7.6 section of the Upgrade Portal, such as SORT, the Upgrade Guide and Late Breaking News.
Important info in Upgrade Guide if you have MSDP.

Or maybe I'll be plannning to obtain a Symantec NBU appliance instead of renewing our annual software license with Symantec, what do you think?

The Appliance does not come with Licenses. (It is delivered with software installed under a demo license key.)
You will still need to renew annual licenses or purchase new licenses.
If you want to migrate configuration and backup history to the Appliance, you will need assistance from a Symantec Consulting Partner.
