Moving back to Netbackup

Hello all,
I have a couple of concerns regarding our return to Netbackup. The first one is, can Netbackup 6.5 read / restore from tapes formated /created by CA arcserve r12 ?  Second , if the former is not possible, can both Netbackup and arcserve co-exist using the same tape libraries? (Dell ML6020 and EMC DL710 VTL).  oh by the way, we will be using one master/media server running Windows Server 2003 SP2 for Netbackup. Any opinions,comments,help  is greatly appreciated.

 Neither sharing the tape library (except of hardware partitioning) no reading of foreign tapes is supported in NBU.

Recover all backups using CA and backup them using NBU or split your library in two parts - for NBU and CA.

There are no another ways to do it.
