Here's an oddball question: Can two different Master Servers control one Media Server?
A followup: Can two different Master Servers have identical copies of the Catalog?
The reason: We have a DR facility in another city that is connected to our home network. We have a Master server in the home office that controls media servers here and in the DR facility. We also have a Master server at the DR facility that is only receiving replicated copies of the master catalog files (all NetBackup services are stopped). The idea is that in the event of the home office blowing up or something, all we'd need to do is activate the DR master server and have it take over the DR media servers.
I'm thinking I'd like to reconfigure things so that both Master servers can be active at the same time; that'd simplify the DR activation scenario (and give me some peace of mind about the design).
