Multiple Streams and BPEND_NOTIFY

BPSTART_NOTIFY.bat is being used to shutdown services on a client.
The policy then launches 6 backup streams.

Does anyone know how to wright a BPEND_NOTIFY.bat scripts to only start the process the client once all the streams have finished?

Currently BPEND_NITIFY will run at the end of each stream and the only way I can think of doing it is to monitor bpbkar32.exe on the client.

The bpend_notify script is executed when the client is finished sending data, but the server has not yet completed writing to media. And this information, I believe, is retrieved by the bpbkar process.
What are you trying to accomplish with the bpend_notify and bpstart_notify scritps
