NAS error code 144

I am getting error 144 while backing up ST5320CG NAS ,
We have NB 6.5.3.1 installed . It failes only on one stream other streams are successfull
Error discription: 12/28/2009 5:19:48 AM - end writing; write time: 00:02:33
invalid command usage(144)

spaces or non-ascii chars in the paths to backup ?

No., we havent changed anything..it used to be successfull earlier say around a week back.

since this error has occured after the upgrade to 6.5.3 , I assume that it is related to some incompatibility in the binaries of netbackup 6.5.3 and your NAS filer ontap version
