Environment:
Master: AIX NBU7.5.0.3
Media/SAN Client: AIX NBU7.1
The media server / san client is behind firewall with a static NAT. We are managed to do the bptestbpcd from the master to the media and client, but when doing the backup, it failed.
The media server backup itself will failed with error code 811. As for the SAN client, in the Admin console, it showed 0 on the "Num FT Media Servers", but using vxlogview -o 200, can see it detected the Python devices with the corrent FT Media server, but just can't do the backup.
I found one article http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH87958 and follow to use the FIREWALL_IN entry in the master bp.conf, but the result is the same.
Would like to get some suggestion.
