Any possibility Client was rebooted at this point in time?

Is this an isolated case or happening to more jobs?

Seems you have posted job details at the same time that I was typing.

We need logs to see what is happening on media server and client.

Media server: bpbrm and bptm

Client: bpbkar

If log folders do not exist in netbackup\logs, please create them and post after next failure. Possibly a good idea to increase logging level on media server and client to something like 3.

Copy log files to reflect process name (e.g. bpbkar.txt) and post as attachments.

hi ,

where is directotry to run the commands on Media server: bpbrm and bptm  &Client: bpbkar

Marianne

They are folders, not commands. Log folders/directories need to be created in order to enable logging.

Please see my previous post:

If log folders do not exist in netbackup\logs, please create them and post after next failure....

Unix location for logs:
/usr/openv/netbackup/logs

Windows location for logs:
<install-path>\veritas\netbackup\logs
