While upgrading Advanced Reporter from 4.5x I am getting this error;

File /tmp/VERITASnbar-db.tar.Z must either be removed or deleted, or this machine must become the active node before attempting to install NetBackup Advanced Reporter.
pkgadd: ERROR: request script did not complete successfully

Anyone know how to proceed from here for upgrading NBAR ? Ive researched the web and pretty much come up empty. I kind of need to retain previous advanced reporter data, so removing this file isnt an option.
