Hello,

I am receiving an error on a backup and I'm not sure how to exactly determine the problem.

I am running NBU 7.5, EV 10, Running a Daily Incremental backup of the Open Partitions.

Here is the error I see from the log: (log is attached as well)

I wonder why Open File Backup is disabled. Did you install your master server with license key that was published for older version?

Also check bpbkar32, beds logs and Event log on the client. IF you are in urgent situation, it is better to open a case with symantec.
