We have successfull upgraded our Netbackup fram from 126.96.36.199 to 7.7.3 and i see that in the Restore Java GUI the field "Progress log filename" is gone!
In our environemt we need this option to put the "ticket number" ( from our service desk ) and "user id" ( who manage the restore ) to the Restore logfile.
Have anybody the same problem,or a solution for this problem?
And how can i create a Enhancement Request?
I believe that the old Windows based BAR is still available, it might have that option. Or you can start grabbing log files from <install path>/logs/userops (I think that's the path).
As for enhancements, you can try suggesting something to your Account Rep but with the change-over to Java, a lot of the Admin Friendly features are no longer available.
I can't wait for the panic to ensue once Oracle decides that Java has been stabbed in the heart enough to be killed off...
