NBU 7 Sun O.S

If I have a sun solaris  ((( "Solaris 10 11/06 s10s_u3wos_10 SPARC with Kernel patch Level 125100-05" ))) and I want to upgrade to

 (((( Solaris 10 10/09 s10s_u8wos_08a SPARC with Kernel patch Level 142900-03 ))))

is this supported by NBU 7.0. 
I did not see any details of the O.S realease in the Compatibility List.

Release Notes merely says Update 4 and newer.
