NBU 7 unable to backup powered off VMs

Hi,
I recently setup some test policies for the backing up of VMware v4 machines, everything look fine until last night when 2 VMs failed to backup with 156 errors.
The VMs are in 2 different policies, one on its own and one with another VM, the policies are Datastore based. When looking through all the VMs being backed up I noticed that the 2 that had failed had been powered down. It would seem that since upgrading 6.5.4>7.0 NBU cannot backup powered down VMs anymore, unless someone has a solution?

I remember reading a tip that to backup powered down VM's for the first time they needed to be powered on and the browse virtual machine/refresh run.

Maybe you need to do this, to update the cache file with VM UID's?
You havent said if using VCB or not?

~That is correct, they need to have been picked up / seen by nbu running before they can be backed up cold.
