What are the netbakcup vertion in Master , media and Client?

what is the client OS version?

does the backup selection is All_Local Drives or only C drive?

if all local Drives... enable the mulitstream and try the backup and see which stream is faling..

once you find the stream which is faling... 

also enable to bpbkar log in the client with Verbose 5 and restart the failing job and attach the log this  post..
