I am getting the below error followed by which my backup getting failed

NBU Version -- 6.5.4 (All Master media Clients)

Client O.S Version :- OpenVMS

Server O.S Version :- SuSE Linux

Not enough info. It could be a timeout but we need more logs to confirm.

Please post media server logs: bptm and bpbrm.

Please post as File attachments.

PS:
As per advice in your previous posts:
You REALLY need to upgrade this environment as NBU 6.x ran out of support about a year ago.

Hi Maria,

Yeah , You can understand that i have been telling my client to upgrade to the latest version but they are not ready to do. And for the above case i think it was due to multiple error on the tape drives as i can see backup for these clients failed with error 196.
