NBU java gui won't start on vista ultimate 6.5.4 x64

Everytime I start the nbu  java gui I get the error:  Java platform se binary has stopped working

What media did you use to install the Java GUI?
My colleague has used 'CD Image NB_6.5.4.Winx64_CD.exe' on his Vista notebook and it's working fine.

Note:  This CD also contains the x64 Java console

Assuming that you have installed the admin console from the correct source,
it may appear that the Java agent installed on the Vista box is corrupted.
I suggest you to download a most recent Java 64BIT version and install it (before doing that remove everything that is NetBackup relative - this is to make sure you are installing
the NetBackup admin console ontop of the fresh installation of Java agent).

I had basically the same problem, in my case programming but the

Problem Event Name:    BEX64
Application Name:    java.exe

are just the same.
I have the latest JDK version.
Did you solve the problem? thanks in advance
