Assuming that you have installed the admin console from the correct source,
it may appear that the Java agent installed on the Vista box is corrupted.
I suggest you to download a most recent Java 64BIT version and install it (before doing that remove everything that is NetBackup relative - this is to make sure you are installing
the NetBackup admin console ontop of the fresh installation of Java agent).
