NBU limitation for hyper-v

hi is there any documentation that stating not supported by NBU using microsoft hyper-v environment as we are encountered difficulties in implemeting NBU problem encountered such as while backing up our vhd it will suddenly restart the vhd server.

It was quite strange issue heard so far. However Symantec have highlighted few limitations pertaining to Hyper-V

btw, is it happening on perticular vhd only or on random?

What are timings of backup schedule does this happens

any heavyload then desired resources to guest vms (high utilization) etc???
