NetBackup 7.6.0.3
i usually manage NBU from my Windows 8.1 Pro workstation using the Java management console. now i have this mid-2010 MacBook Pro which i have upgraded to OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 yesterday and want to use this in the data center as my management console for NBU.
is there an NBU management console available for OS X Yosemite?

No there is no NetBackup management console for OS X at all.
OS X is only supported as a client and the management software is not bundled with the client software
(OS Compatibility Guide: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH76648)
You could install a Windows or Linux VM onto your Mac and install the Java Console or Windows console (depending on OS) into your VM?

No problem and good luck. The other alternative is to login to the Master and X-Display back to your Mac. It sometimes doesn't work well doing it that way (lag) but could be worth a try.
