NBU status: 2074, EMM status: Disk volume is down - SLP Duplication

Morning all,

I have a newer setup of Netbackup 7.7.3 running on Windows 2012 R2 with two of the same media servers.   We have just installed and are configuring two StoreOnce devices that we will have here and at our DR site (currently not there yet) where we will replicate some of our backups.  Until the second unit is installed at the DR site we have to continue backing up to disk while we backup to the SO devices.  I am using SLP to duplicate and SLP AIR to replicate.  It's one SLP to backup, duplicate and replicate.

On a bunch of the jobs we are receiving "074, EMM status: Disk volume is down" error and within the details I find the following:

Disk volume is down (2074)

There is no information on what image was not duplicated and I am not sure how to find this information.  It appears that it was receiving this Disk Volume Down while duplicating to tape.  Also I wonder if the replication still happened though the duplication failed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Wait... I am missing something...  Please correct me where my understanding is wrong.

You have only ONE StoreOnce installed and configured at the moment, right?

2nd StoreOnce not yet at the DR site, right?

So where exactly are you replicating to at the moment?

Please show us a screenshot or cmd version of your SLP config:

nbstl -L -all_versions

To find out status of outstanding SLP jobs, use this command: 

nbstlutil stlilist -image_incomplete -U

Thank you very much for the reply and sorry for the confusion.  BOTH are here and configured for testing purposes.  We will then send on to the DR site.

Results you requested.  The only ones that duplicate to tape are the ones with dupe in the name.

nbstlutil stlilist -image_incomplete -U is just showing the two active jobs I see in the activity monitor.
