Hi,

We have installed all the required patches for NBU6.0 (MP5+special patch).
We successfuly backup the IS test ( Microsoft Information Store:\SYMS124101-SG01\ )
but when we try to do a default restore (IS+Logs), it fails...
Could anyone help? Many thanks

Did you dismount the store and set it to allow overwrite?

Unable to restore some Microsoft Exchange components because one or more of the databases are currently mounted

Where are you trying to send the restore to?  Recovery or original?

hi all,
sorry for the late reply, but our exchange guys did the NBU client installed and forgot to set the proper credentials to the NBU client service in order to access Exchange.

Many thanks
