[NBU6.0MP6] I can't seem to get retry delay working

I'm trying to make scheduled backups retry with 15 minute or more delay in case the backup media became unavailable.
I have setup "Job retry delay" as 15 minutes, and "schedule backup attempts" 3 tries per 1 hour.

I'm using Netbackup  with MP6, windows and Solaris.
Can some one help me, give me some idea ?

Where can I find "Job retry delay", that must be new at 6.0+?

What's the problem?

First write begins on scheduled time. Then when the backup storage becomes anavailable, media write error(84) or media open error(83) happens.

Sometimes the backup job just gives up without even retrying right away.

When it does retry, it will retry rightaway but ofcourse storage is still unavailable so ends up retrying 3 times in a few minutes and fails.

I found that WAIT_IN_QUEUE option was available in Netbackup 4.5
Wich "Causes active jobs to enter the requeued state if the required storage unit becomes unavailable (For example, a drive goes down)"

As far as I could find, it seems not to be available in Netbackup 6.0

Or am I missing something here?
