We install the NBU Client on our Project's VSS Server(Win2003R2,hostname:VSSServer), and install NBU Master/Media on VeritasServer(Win2003R2,hostname:VeritasServer).

When I do the restoration on VeritasServer, it will show the message:
2010-4-16 17:26:16 - Warning nbjm(pid=2208 ) NBU status: 800, EMM status: Fibre Transport resources are not available
2010-4-16 17:26:16 - Warning nbjm(pid=2208 ) NBU status: 800, EMM status: Fibre Transport resources are not available

Before this time, we install all Master/Media/Client on one machine (VSSServer), not separate them. Doing the restoration is fine.

How did you go about to change/migrate from VSSServer as master/media server to VeritasServer as master/media server?
Did you completely uninstall NBU software on VSSServer before re-installing client software? Did yo also verify that there are no leftover SERVER entries for itself in the Registry?
Did you migrate any of the old images to the new Master? Are you trying to restore from an old backup when VSSServer backed up itself? If so, NBU will try to send the restore request to VSSServer as media server.
You will be able to see the restore process flow in bprd log file on the master server. You will be able to see the media server selected for the restore.

Thank you for your responseding.

We install the VSSServer and VeritasServer  on new 2003 Server, we do not migrate any server, or uninstall/reinstall any NBU.

Were backups done to tape or disk? Can you confirm that backup device(s) are online and available?
Have a look at this TechNote:
http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/309239.htm

Please post bprd log file. If possible, extract the section that covers the restore attempt (+- 17:15  to 17:26:16)

I have no this option in Master Server properties.

I think it is caused by that SAN client Service cannot strat.
