bptm logs

The bptm log is of no use here, because your job details show the error logged on 11:30AM, but the bptm log starts just before 11:32AM.

Try changing your client hostname in your policy from "KACST-STORAGE1" to "KACST-STORAGE1.KACST.KSA", as it does not match between your job detail and EMM output.

Any reason why you are using a mix of uppercase and lowercase?

In all tpautoconf tests you have used lowercase:

tpautoconf -verify kacst-storage1.kacst.ksa

But nbemmcmd output shows everything in uppercase:

KACST-STORAGE1.KACST.KSA
        MachineName = "KACST-STORAGE1.KACST.KSA"
        FQName = "KACST-STORAGE1.KACST.KSA"

Just like Unix, NBU is case sensitive, so KACST-STORAGE1.KACST.KSA != kacst-storage1.kacst.ksa

No Specific Reason.

So this means in policy i should use in Small case. and in EMM i also add with Small case.

No Specific Reason.

As I have previously pointed out, NBU, like Unix is case sensitive.

Please have another look at nbemmcmd output. You have added the two NDMP hosts with ONLY uppercase and ONLY FQDN.

You need to choose how you want to address these hosts, as
KACST-STORAGE1.KACST.KSA != kacst-storage1.kacst.ksa != KACST-STORAGE1

If you have aliased everything in hosts files for above mix-and-match, you can also add aliases with 'nbemmcmd -machinealias -addalias -alias ..... ...... '
but it is always best to decide upon naming convention and stick to it...

We Disabled windows server 2008 Firewall & test NDMP backup it was successfull. As NBU Connected to NDMP on port 1000 it was working fine but in return NDMP connect to windows server on random ports but due to firewall enabled it was unable to get connected. So after disabling the firewall its connected and backup was successfull.
