We have EMC celerra NAS box and the backup is configured on netbackup 5.1 . There are two NDMP mover server_2 and server_4
One drives is configured resp for each of the NDMP mover. Every thing was working fine when one morning we found that both the NDMP drives are in down state. We resetted the drive , cleaned it and tried again , but still the problem remains the same. The /var/adm/messages shows :

Have you tried just adding it back into the robot via the GUI?

You'll need to purchase new tapes, or clear the maxmounts setting for the existing ones.

vmchange -maxmounts 0 -m <media_id>
