NDMP Host not listing when creating a new Storage Unit

Learning_Everyd

NBU = 7.1.0.3

Master and Media servers = Windows 2008 R2

SAN = NetApp C-Mode 8.1.3

Trying to add a new NDMP Storage Unit.  I've configured the same for three additional hosts with no issues, but the fourth is not showing up.  I have a working static DNS record which the IP is pingable.  The NDMP Host credientials configured and took in NBU.

I'm not sure where else to chack.  Any assistnace is welcomed.

Did you configure the Drives for the NDMP host?

does the tpconfig -d command showing the drives attached to NDMP when you run it from the media server that is used to manage the NDMP drives?

I agree - you need to configure Devices before you can add a STU.

After you have added credentials and verified them, does the NDMP server show up when you run
'nbemmcmd -listhosts -verbose' on the master server?.
